1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within [30 days] of delivery.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Electrical or electronic components
- Clearance or sale items
- Special order or custom products
2. Return Process
- Contact us at shop@rocketperformanceproducts.com to request a Return Authorization.
- Ship items back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, please place a new order once your return is processed.
